When not transforming reluctant joggers into gleeful pavement-pounders, Beth can be found consuming concerning amounts of tacos or floating in any available body of water (pools, lakes, puddles—she’s not picky). As a transformational coach, author, speaker, and host of two podcasts, Beth empowers women to find their voices—and their sneakers. Her mission? “To get as many new runners as possible, increase the awesome community, and laugh while doing it.”
